floral displays, whilst enjoying a glass of champagne and
canapés prior to departure

Chairman’s Evening Package
Following an afternoon viewing of the show, guests will
enjoy an evening’s hospitality of champagne and
canapés, followed by a superior four – course dinner.

Chairman’s Hospitality Package
Experience the social whirl and glamour of this
spectacular show together with first class cuisine and fine
hospitality in the perfect surrounding of the show’s
specially created Hospitality Village.

Director’s Hospitality Package
Experience the social whirl and glamour of this

Your champagne and canapes Package will
include:

  • Admission to the show from 3.30 pm
  • Access to your hospitality facility from 7.00 pm – 9.30
    pm to include complimentary bar
  • Champagne & canapes served during the evening from 7.00 pm
    – 9.00 pm (show closes 8.00 pm)
  • Show catalogue
  • Hostess in attendance to ensure the smooth running of your
    evening
  • Guest wallet containing the evening’s itinerary and
    information

Private chalets are available for 60 guests with smaller numbers
accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility

Your Chairman’s Evening Hospitality Package will

  • Admission to the show, giving guests access to the showground
    from 3.30 pm
  • Access to your hospitality facility from 3.30 pm
  • Traditional afternoon tea available from 4 pm to 5.00 pm
  • Grande Marque champagne & canapes reception from 7 pm (show
    closes 8.00 pm)
  • Full complimentary bar from 3.30 pm – 9.30 pm
  • Four course dinner with superior wines served in your
    hospitality facility at 8.00 pm (depart showground 10.00 pm)

30 guests on Thursday and Friday with smaller numbers accommodated
