Introduction and prices

Lilley & Gillie Entertainment is proud to be appointed by Raymond
Gubbay and the Royal Albert Hall  to promote this fabulous
production of Bizet’s Carmen. We are offering our
clients three sumptuous catering alternatives to fit a variety
of occasions; from the fully inclusive Platinum Package to the
lighter Silver Package.

Package options

The Royal Albert Hall needs no introduction; as one of the
premier venues in the world, it is guaranteed to provide the
perfect setting for this breathtaking performance as well as a
luxurious venue for your evening.
The majority of the hospitality will be based in the exclusive
private boxes overlooking the production. These include the 12
seater Grand Tier boxes, the 8 seater Loggia Boxes and the smaller
4 seater second tier boxes.
In addition there is a variety of beautiful private rooms for those
looking for larger groups.

Platinum Package

• Admission Tickets – with exclusive use of your box (a
  choice of 4, 8 and 12 seaters)

• Early VIP admission (from 6.00pm)

  soft drinks

Gold Package

•  Admission Tickets – with exclusive use of your box
  (a choice of 4, 8 and 12 seaters)
•  Event Documentation with synopsis, maps and
  wallet
•  Early VIP admission (from 6.00pm)
•  Quality tapas with a drinks allowance of £20 per 
  person
•  Programme
•  Attendance of the Lilley & Gillie event management team and
  hostesses 
   

Silver Package

•  Admission Tickets ? with exclusive use of your box (a
  choice of 4, 8 and 12 seaters)
•  Event Documentation with synopsis, maps and
  wallet
•  Early VIP admission (from 6.00pm)
•  Light snacks with a drinks allowance of £15 per
  person
•  Programme
•  Attendance of the Lilley & Gillie event management team and
  hostesses throughout the event

Reserved Car Parking is available at an extra cost (subject to
availability)
