Royal Windsor Racecourse is the perfect venue for almost any
occasion, business or pleasure.
It’s unique and inspiring island setting on the banks of the
River Thames at Windsor boasts 165 beautiful green acres and a wide
range of select facilities.

As well as regular meetings, summer evening meetings are
especially popular for corporate groups.Evening racing takes place
virtually every Monday evening during the summer. Every year these
evenings become increasingly popular.

Have you considered travelling to the course by luxury riverboat
to beat the traffic? Rendezvous at Windsor Pier, a short champagne
cruise to Windsor Racecourse, exclusive use of a Pavilion Box
overlooking the course, all combine to make a superb evening.
Conclude the evening with dancing on the return cruise to Windsor.
Throw in a sponsored race and you have a very special event which
your clients will feel privileged to attend.

The example prices below are based on hospitality at an evening
meeting during 2006.

Package options

Option 1: The River Bank Pavilion
A fantastic glass-fronted structure, overlooking the Parade
Ring.  The Pavilion comprises of 4 suites and has a patio and
garden seating area outside.

Option 2:  The Parade Ring
Marquee
Select and stylish with a private garden overlooking the Parade
Ring where a temptiong barbeque is offered.  The marquee
comprises of 3 suites and may be combined into one large facility
for up to 150 people.
