Introduction and prices

The Holt is situated in the rolling woodlands of the Surrey
Downs, with facilities that are next to none.  On a 4000 acres
estate just 10 minutes from Junction 6 of the M25 and within easy
access of London by train, it really is a hidden treasure. 
It’s picturesque, peaceful and very useable. The staff have a
long history of teambuilding and fun events and know the business
inside out.  They are professional, motivating and fun no
matter what you’re doing.

Package options

days, driving days and team building. Details have been provided
for the team building games day.

Games include:

Chain Gang
An excellent icebreaker.  The team is attempting to escape
from their captors, who have attached all the team members to each
other at the ankle.  There is a route of safe stepping stones
and obstacles through the alarmed area.  If the team touches
anything that is not safe, they are brought back to the start.

Warren
The entire team must pass through the 3D maze from the start, to
the finish on the other side of the warren.  Will they succeed
or assume too much?

Mohawk Walk
The aim is for the team to reach safety, having been stranded such
that their only way out is to cross a ropewalk 30 feet above the
ground.

Building Blocks
The aim is for the team to reconstruct, exactly as the original, a
“modern sculpture” that has been knocked down. 
Understanding is challenged, as the solution is far removed from
first impressions.

Gene Pool
The laboratory cleaners have jumbled up the genes; the team needs
to reassemble them before they are no longer active.  Those
that can see can’t touch, those that can touch can’t see, those
that can move can’t see or touch – communication?

Safe Haven
The team has been exploring a remote coastline.  The tide has
come in and separated them on three different
‘islands’.  To get to safety, the whole group must
end up on Safe Haven.  Unfortunately the water is infested
with marine piranha, and they have a hearty appetite!
